Here, you will be amazed by the beauty of Vipava landscape. In the morning you will wake up along with the birds singing from the tall branches of old oaks.

Kamp David is located in authentic nature, out of city center and near the little village of Malovše, not far away from the village of Selo. Camping pitches are surrounded by an old oak forest, which will give shelter on windy days and a beautiful natural shadow on sunny days.

Kamp David is a campsite for every generation – here you can find a place to relax and escape from your everyday worries, and also a place to spend your vacation in an active way. The campsite is also children-friendly since it counts with a playground that will make your little ones' stay even more playful.

Kamp David is also a pet-friendly campsite. We are happy to accept your fur children and we believe that they, as well, will enjoy spending time surrounded by nature.

We are Katja and David, founders of Kamp David, both enthusiastic recreational athletes, active explorers of local curiosities, and in love with authentic life in contact with nature. As locals, we know the most beautiful places of the Vipava Valley and can help you choose a perfect activity for you, or put you in touch with the best local guides.

Behind the story of Kamp David there are not only Katja and David, but also young locals that will help you with advice and ideas as to what to see and experience in the surroundings.

Good road connections

The campsite is located near the exit Selo on the H4 motorway. The campsite is half an hour drive from the Postojna Cave, an hour drive from Ljubljana and only an hour and a half drive from Venice. Kamp David is a good starting point for discovering Vipava Valley and other regions, for example Karst and Brda.
